Who provides the cleaning supplies?
There are two options! If you prefer your own cleaning products, you can provide that for us. If you would like us to purchase the products, so you never have to think about it, we are happy to do so, this will simply be considered in the service cost
Do I need to be home?
Completely up to you! Most of the time our clients are not home which can help with efficiency. Given the time we are in, it is understandable for kids and parents to be present.
What should I do before a home cleaning service?
To make our house cleaning services more time efficient, we ask that you pick up clothing, toys and other household items prior a visit from our housekeeping teams.
What happens if I need to reschedule my cleaning service?
Communicate with us at least 24-hours before your scheduled home cleaning with a more convenient cleaning time. We will do our best to accommodate your scheduling needs.
